Gîte Bookings
  1. Before booking, you can check the availability of your chosen gîte on our Availability Chart.
  2. Please then contact us (see above) to make a provisional booking.
  3. To confirm your booking, we ask for a non-refundable deposit of 125€ or 25% of the total rental amount (whichever is the greater) plus a signed Booking Form (click on the link above to download a PDF version of the Booking Form or please ask us to send you a copy when making your provisional booking).
  4. The balance, plus a security deposit, must be paid not less than eight weeks before the start date of your holiday.
  5. Payments should be by cheque in euros or in pounds sterling.
Bed & Breakfast Bookings
  1. We ask for a 20€ deposit AND written confirmation of your booking - including start date and number of nights required - either by e-mail or letter.
  2. Where possible, we shall give you a choice of the rooms available.
  3. Payment for Bed & Breakfast (and any other expenses incurred during your stay) should be in cash in euros before your departure.
